Holkham offers a fantastic day out for the family, with its award-winning stretch of beautiful sandy beach. Perfect to bring along the bucket and spade. Behind the shoreline is a spectacular shallow lagoon, but can fill rapidly during high tides.

Built is the 18th century, Holkham Hall is a fine example of the Palladian revival style of architecture. Originally built for Sir Edward Coke, the founder of his family’s fortune, Holkham Hall offers a great place to spend the day exploring the hidden gems the estate has to offer. The 25,000-acre estate is sited along the stunning coastline and is surrounded by rolling parkland with opportunities to discover the wildlife and landscape with nature trails, a ropes course and cycle and boat hire on Holkham lake.
